Registration

How to register: NEW SWIMMERS

1. Fill out and return our waitlist intake form

Swimmers are divided into training groups and given lane assignments according to speed and swimming ability. You can help us figure out if we have a space for you by filling out our waitlist intake form. To learn more about the criteria we use to assess new swimmers, read through the descriptions of our levels.

Send your completed intake form to: legacy.mastersswimming@gmail.com

2. Get your training group or standby list assignment

In September, regular training group spots are generally already filled by returning swimmers, but we may have some spots open. New swimmers will be offered any available training group spots or assigned to one of our standby lists. Standby swimmers are offered training group spots as they become available over the course of the season (for example, if a regular training group member moves away).

3. Fill out and sign the membership agreement

We will send you our membership agreement, which contains information about our program and policies. Please fill out and sign the membership agreement and return it to us.

4. Fill out the registration form and pay your membership/registration fee

We will send you our registration form. As soon as you fill it out and return it to us with your annual $90 membership/registration fee, we will add you to our club roster to initiate your MSABC registration.

Check your inbox for a confirmation email from Swim Canada. You will need to verify your contact information and fill out and sign a waiver. Once we receive your signed waiver from Swim Canada, your MSABC registration will be complete.

5. Pay your swimming fees

Consult the fee schedule for your training group fee or workout card options. Once you purchase a workout card, you can start claiming and attending workouts.

All fees are payable by:

  • E-transfer to legacy.mastersswimming@gmail.com
  • Cheque made out to Legacy Masters Swim Club

See you at the pool!
